Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Order Execution & Logistics Coordinator (Female Preferred)
Location: JLT, Dubai
Salary: Up to AED 6,000
Experience: 7–10 years
Joining: Immediate
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Saturday & Sunday Off)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Order Execution & Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end order processing, delivery coordination, and customer communication. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive customer purchase orders and issue Order Confirmations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for material picking, packing, and stock management.
- Process customer deliveries, including DO creation, packing lists, invoices, and documentation.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, courier companies, and drivers for timely dispatches.
- Manage open orders, follow up on pending deliveries, and ensure timely material allocation.
- Communicate with customers for delivery schedules, arrangements, and feedback.
- Follow up with customers for payments and support monthly invoicing targets.
- Assist the Accounts Department by making basic accounting entries in the ERP system.
- Maintain accurate data in Zoho (preferred) or any ERP.
- Support general office operations when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or sales operations.
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
- Female candidates preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good understanding of basic accounting processes.
- Prior experience with Zoho or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Must already be based in the UAE.
- Strong communication skills and a pleasing personality.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible to take on new responsibilities and work extra hours if required.
