Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and customer service to resolve order-related issues.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers and stakeholders.
- Verify product availability and inventory levels to ensure orders can be fulfilled as promised.
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions in the order management system.
- Identify and escalate any discrepancies or issues in the order process to relevant teams for resolution.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance order accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate and analyze order-related reports to track key metrics and identify trends.
- Follow up with customers to make sure smooth delivery and help if they are facing any problems
- Follow up with the shipping company in order to ensure delivery of all packages
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in order management, order processing, or a related field.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, logistics, and customer service.
- Familiarity with inventory management and fulfillment processes.
- Willingness to work on-site as part of a collaborative team environment.
