Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipment.
  • Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, pricing, and shipping information, to prevent errors.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
  • Resolve order-related issues, such as discrepancies, returns, and cancellations, providing excellent customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in order management systems (OMS) and ERP software; experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, including shipping, inventory management, and logistics.
