Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process order-related documentation
  • Ensure accuracy of product details, barcodes, dates, and required information
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams
  • Ensure orders are handled according to daily schedules
  • Track materials and documentation related to order processing
  • Coordinate with procurement when needed to avoid shortages
  • Ensure processing follows company and customer requirements
  • Work with customer service to implement special order requests
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies with relevant teams
  • Maintain basic records and reports related to order activities

Qualifications

Education

  • Technical School diploma (TS) or equivalent
  • Studies related to industrial processes, printing, or packaging are a plus

Experience

  • Experience in administration, data entry, cashier, warehouse, or manufacturing roles
  • Previous order processing or production experience is an advantage

Languages

  • Arabic, English, French

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organization and multitasking
  • Communication and teamwork
  • Basic computer skills (especially Excel)
  • Familiarity with operational systems is a plus
