Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Enter orders into the Odoo system and track their progress until fulfillment.
Verify pricing, quantities, product codes, and payment and delivery terms before order confirmation.
Coordinate and communicate with factories and international suppliers/vendors.
Follow up on procurement, production, and shipping processes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding order status.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in order processing, order management, or a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams and customers.
Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
