Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle online order processing across e-commerce platforms.
  • Verify customer orders, product availability, and pricing.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams for order picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Ensure timely order updates and resolve processing errors.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily orders and transactions.
  • Provide customer support for order-related queries when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Any Degree

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in online order processing / e-commerce in India
  • Skills: Good English communication
