Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What awaits you:
- You will advise customers / operators in regard to all technical inquiries relating to the MR product range and services (with specialized support from an OPP or specialized department where necessary)
- Creating, validating (technically and commercially) as well as sending offers and order for products, assembly groups, parts and services for the assigned customers are within your responsibility
- You process customer orders and service jobs for internal processing and scheduling
- Additionally, you are responsible with the processing of complaints and malfunctions, including inspection, taking measures, following up and correspondence

Desired Candidate Profile
What you bring to the table:
- You have a completed degree in Engineering or a similar educational background
- Over the last few years, you have collected experience in the Energy Sector, preferably in the After Sales Service
- You are business fluent in English and Arabic, additional foreign languages are a plus
- Additionally you have field experience with Power Transformers and/or OLTCs
- You have a strong background in Electrical Engineering
- You have a business-oriented focus and the ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of processes and systems round off your profile
