Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond to customer calls in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
Accurately take room-side meal and beverage orders.
Practice upselling in order to optimize sales figures.
Transmit the orders to the kitchen and the relevant department.
Ensure follow-up of preparation and delivery deadlines.
Check the conformity of orders before sending.
Handle complaints professionally and responsively.
Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
