Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor all deliveries from pickup to final customer receipt
Manage returns and exchanges through completion at the warehouse
Coordinate closely with courier partners and escalate SLA issues
Maintain accurate system statuses and conduct regular order audits
Daily: pickups, delivery results, in-transit orders, returns/exchanges, SLA exceptions
Weekly: delivery success, failure and RTO rates, courier and area performance
Monthly: courier evaluations, delay trends, and improvement plans
KPIs
Delivery success rate
SLA adherence
Average delivery time
Status accuracy
Segmentation
Courier, country, city, and zone
Tools
ERP/OMS systems, courier portals, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
