Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack daily online orders accurately
- Check items for correct size, color, and quality before packing
- Fold and organize clothing professionally
- Add invoices, thank-you cards, or gifts when needed
- Label and prepare shipments for delivery companies
- Coordinate with customer service regarding exchanges or missing items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area
- Help track stock availability and report low inventory
- Ensure orders are dispatched on time daily
Requirements
- Organized and attentive to details
- Fast learner and responsible
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
- Basic understanding of fashion/clothing items is a plus
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in packaging or retail is preferred but not required
