Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials to ensure smooth operations on site.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on tools and equipment to keep them in optimal working condition.
- Execute site preparation tasks, including digging, lifting, and moving heavy materials as directed.
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials during construction or maintenance tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Conduct quality checks on materials and products to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of temporary structures, scaffolding, or other work-related installations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily project goals and deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred to ensure basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor roles is advantageous for understanding site dynamics.

This ensures our customers are supplied cement of the highest and most consistent quality. Ras Al Khaimah Cement Company plant is connected to a terminal inside the adjacent Saqr Port, it has the capacity to load ships of to 40,000 dwt, in a minimum amount of time.
