Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Chief Human Capital Officer, you will be responsible for translating strategic vision into actionable HC initiatives. You will partner with senior leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness, lead succession planning, and refine the employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Cascading HC strategy into operating plans and developing relevant KPIs to measure business success.
  • Designing and implementing career ladders across various job families and managing restructuring and process improvements.
  • Leading initiatives in talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning to ensure a robust future leadership pipeline.
  • Overseeing performance management frameworks and driving initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensuring HC policies and procedures meet all legislative requirements while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and cost-effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Native-level fluency in both Arabic and English is essential for this role.

At least 10 years of experience within the Securities, Stock Exchange, or a similar financial sector.

A minimum of 4 years in roles with growing managerial accountability.

A Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP, PHR) are highly preferred.

Deep knowledge of succession planning, job descriptions, and job evaluation frameworks.
