Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement OD frameworks, competency models, and performance management systems.

  • Drive change management initiatives to support transformation programs.

  • Develop and execute workforce planning strategies, including Emiratization planning.

  • Conduct workforce analytics, forecasting, and capacity planning.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on OD and workforce matters.

  • Develop dashboards and reports using HR analytics tools.

  • Provide data-driven insights for workforce and organizational decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in OD and Workforce Management.

  • Prior experience in consulting firms (Big 4 or leading HR consulting firms) is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and workforce regulations.

  • Experience working in UAE-based organizations, preferably government or semi-government entities.

  • Proven experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
