Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement OD frameworks, competency models, and performance management systems.
Drive change management initiatives to support transformation programs.
Develop and execute workforce planning strategies, including Emiratization planning.
Conduct workforce analytics, forecasting, and capacity planning.
Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on OD and workforce matters.
Develop dashboards and reports using HR analytics tools.
Provide data-driven insights for workforce and organizational decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
6+ years of relevant experience in OD and Workforce Management.
Prior experience in consulting firms (Big 4 or leading HR consulting firms) is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and workforce regulations.
Experience working in UAE-based organizations, preferably government or semi-government entities.
Proven experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
