Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier academic and administrative talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
  • Develop and execute talent management programs to support employee growth, retention, and engagement.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend development initiatives.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance leadership and professional skills across the university.
  • Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and talent management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies, labor laws, and best practices in all talent-related activities.
  • Support change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation and cultural alignment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in organizational development and talent management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent management, or organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience facilitating training and development programs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
