Roles & Responsibilities

Safran is an international high-technology group operating in the fields of aeronautics (propulsion, equipment and interiors), space and defense.

Safran Aircraft Engines (SAE) is a Safran Group company. It is supported by nearly 15,000 employees spread across 31 sites in 9 countries.

We design, develop, produce and market, alone or in cooperation, engines for civil or military aircraft, as well as for satellites.

SAE has a network of civil engine maintenance workshops around the world and offers its customers a full range of services: performance restoration, replacement of parts with limited lifespan, inspection and maintenance of the entire engine and its equipment.

To cope with the increase in LEAP engine maintenance in the coming years, Safran Aircraft Engines Services Casablanca (SAESC) has launched the construction of a new shop in Morocco.

Our new workshop located in the Casablanca-Settat region will provide maintenance for new types of civil aircraft engines (LEAP) which equip in particular the Airbus A320neo and the Boeing 737Max.

We are looking for an Engineer specializing in the organization and implementation of internal procedures and audits. This position is part of a dynamic of organization and continuous improvement.

Main Missions:

1. Analyse et Diagnostic :

  • evaluate existing processes within the organization.
  • Identify points of friction, risks and opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct internal audits to measure the compliance and effectiveness of procedures.

2. Drafting and Implementation of Procedures:

  • Design, write and formalize all of the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure that procedures are clear, accessible and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with different teams to ensure a smooth integration of new procedures.

3. Training and Awareness:

  • Organize training sessions to present the new procedures to staff.
  • Create training and communication materials to ensure a clear understanding of the changes.

4. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:

  • Establish performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of procedures.
  • Propose recommendations for improvement based on the results obtained.
  • Conduct regular reviews of procedures to ensure their relevance and adaptability.

5. Collaboration et Leadership :

  • Collaborating with management teams to align organizational initiatives with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Acting as a project leader, coordinating the efforts of different stakeholders to successfully implement transformation initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Engineering degree (Bac+5) or degree from a top business school.

First experience of 2-3 years in a similar role, ideally in a consulting firm or industrial environment.

Strong analytical skills, with an ability to synthesize complex information.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence and motivate teams.

Proficiency in project management tools and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
