Job Description
The Organizational Performance Senior Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing institutional effectiveness by
the design, execution, and monitoring of performance management frameworks across Nahdet Misr. The role
ensures strategic alignment, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement of organizational
processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Performance Management
∙Assist in evaluating and refining business objectives, departmental KPIs, and performance tracking
mechanisms.
∙Monitor organizational performance against strategic targets and flag areas for attention or correction.
∙Track the implementation and progress of strategic and operational plans using dashboards and
structured reporting systems.
∙Conduct root cause analysis of underperforming functions and recommend corrective actions.
∙Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports to the Organizational Performance Manager.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Internal Consulting
∙Collaborate closely with senior leadership, department heads and top management to ensure effective
corporate planning, execution, and alignment.
∙Act as a bridge between financial, strategic, and operational teams to consolidate insights and
harmonize priorities.
∙Provide structured recommendations for improving organizational efficiency, productivity, and
profitability.
4. Data Analysis, Financial Modeling & Strategic Reporting
∙Conduct deep-dive analysis of current workflows, identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, and propose
tailored solutions.
∙Use data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to translate complex metrics into actionable
insights.
∙Support financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive data-driven decisions across
business units.
5. Presentation & Communication Excellence
∙Develop compelling executive-level presentations for board meetings, leadership strategy reviews, and
performance check-ins.
∙Apply storytelling techniques to communicate analytical findings and performance trends clearly and
persuasively.
∙Support internal strategy sessions and workshops, ensuring key messages are clearly communicated
and documented.

Qualifications & Experience:
∙Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
∙4–6 years of experience in performance management, corporate planning, business analysis, or
strategy execution.
∙Preferred experience in Information Technology or Finance industries.
∙Familiarity with OKR/ Balanced Scorecard frameworks and KPI development.
∙Experience in a structured corporate environment or management consulting is a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
∙MBA or postgraduate certification in Strategy, Global Management, or Organizational Development.
∙Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP).
∙Lean & Six Sigma Certification or expertise in Process Mapping methodologies.
∙Financial Modeling and Analysis Certifications.
