Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform advanced surgical procedures to treat musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, utilizing minimally invasive techniques whenever possible.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address both surgical and non-surgical options for patients.
- Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups to monitor recovery and address any complications promptly.
- Utilize state-of-the-art imaging technology to accurately diagnose conditions and guide surgical interventions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution with a focus on orthopaedic surgery.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in orthopaedic surgery, typically requiring a minimum of five years of specialized training.
- Board certification by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery or equivalent certification from relevant international boards.
- A minimum of three years of post-residency experience in a clinical setting, with a strong emphasis on hands-on surgical practice.
