Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Support the director in managing contractors during the project delivery life cycle.
  • Help the PMO head manage the project's internal dependencies to achieve the agreed plan (MDTs, PAT, process, etc.).
  • Support the director in managing internal communication with the stakeholders.
  • Support project integration and troubleshooting.
  • Identify risk factors and create contingency plans.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritise and help to develop project plans.
  • Support the director in prioritising tasks and assigning team members to different tasks.
  • Provides reports and analysis to executives.
  • Supports new and improves existing project management office policies and processes.
  • Support the director in continuously evaluating projects to ensure they meet company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A university degree in communication or in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a responsible management position.
  • Strong experience in OSP, FTTH, Civil, Fiber, Program management, Project Management, Risk Management, Control activities, Budget Management, and Reporting templates.
  • Hands-on experience with project communication standards.
  • Experience in establishing processes to manage and control the flow of documents in the project.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
