Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of field (data) survey plans and survey templates based on approved standards and specifications.
  • Prepare survey procedures, coordinate, communicate and enforce these with involved parties.
  • Conduct a site survey inspection to assess any audit discrepancies and provide feedback with related inspectors and OSP contractors for training purposes.
  • Monitor the field (data) survey activities and verify that all survey activities are executed according to agreed plans and procedures.
  • Collect data from field survey teams and consolidate and preprocess these for the use of the Quality Survey & Audit team.
  • Ensure that the survey & audit outputs contain the requested information, and coordinate with the survey team to correct missing, incomplete, inconsistent or otherwise low-quality data.
  • Prepare regular reports on survey & audit activities, progress status, and performance of quality survey & audit teams, and assess knowledge gaps for training purposes.
  • Monitor quality of work performed and prepare regular reports on the quality of the survey & audit results.
  • With the support of the Project Manager, ensure the OSP contractors compliance with project schedules, field meetings, quality audits and PAT scheduling and activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience with survey & audit.
  • 2 years experience for a diploma or a fresh graduate for a Bachelor of Science.
  • Diploma or equivalent or Bachelor of Science.
  • Must have direct experience of dealing with fibre surveys.
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
