Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of fiber optic equipment, Customer Premises Equipment (CPEs), and network connectivity. Responsible for executing technical tasks related to fiber optic systems, including incident management, troubleshooting, and service assurance, to ensure high-quality and reliable connectivity for customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Install and configure fiber optic equipment, including ONT, fiber splitters, and media converters
• Configure routers, access points, and set up necessary peripheral devices such as printers to the network and activate internet connectivity.
• Perform installation, termination, testing, and maintenance of fiber optic cables for FTTH deployments, ensuring seamless connectivity and exceptional service quality
• Knowledge of fiber cabinets, cables, splicing, connectors, end-to-end drop fiber, and UTP installations.
• Knowledge of Optical Power Meters, Light Source, OTDR.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and/or install fiber-based services. Understanding of diverse network computer systems and ISP networks.
• Provisioning of Non-Data products on both FTTH and Mobile media.
• Assurance of Non-Data products on both FTTH and Mobile media.
