Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement OT security strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring a robust security posture for industrial control systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analysis of OT environments, identifying potential threats and weaknesses to prioritize remediation efforts.
- Design and deploy security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security, to protect OT assets from cyberattacks.
- Monitor OT networks and systems for security incidents, analyzing logs and alerts to identify and respond to threats in real-time.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in security principles.
- Holds relevant certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, or similar, demonstrating expertise in OT security.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in OT cybersecurity, with a proven track record of securing industrial control systems.
- Has experience working in the manufacturing, energy, or utilities industries, understanding the unique challenges of OT environments.
