The OT Director will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, implementation, and security of operational technology systems across the organization. This role requires a leader with deep expertise in industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and cybersecurity to ensure the reliability, safety, and compliance of OT environments. The OT Director will collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to align OT infrastructure with business and security objectives.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Governance:

Define and execute the OT strategy in alignment with business and security objectives.

Establish governance frameworks, policies, and best practices for OT systems.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001).

Drive digital transformation initiatives while maintaining OT security and operational efficiency.

OT Systems Management & Security:

Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of OT infrastructure, including ICS, SCADA, DCS, and IIoT systems.

Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect OT environments from threats and vulnerabilities.

Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical OT assets.

Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration between OT and IT networks.

Operational Excellence & Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring the availability and resilience of OT systems.

Implement predictive maintenance and real-time monitoring solutions to enhance system performance.

Optimize OT processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.

Conduct risk assessments and incident response exercises specific to OT environments.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and mentor a team of OT engineers, analysts, and security specialists.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration between OT and IT teams.

Develop training programs to enhance OT security awareness and technical capabilities.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

Act as a key liaison between OT, IT, security, and business units.

Manage relationships with OT vendors, service providers, and regulatory bodies.

Oversee contract negotiations and procurement of OT solutions and technologies.","requirements":"

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in OT, ICS, SCADA, or industrial cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation, network protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3), and control system architectures.
• Experience with OT security frameworks, incident response, and risk management.
• Familiarity with cloud-based OT solutions, IIoT, and emerging digital transformation technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, CISM, or ISA/IEC 62443.
• Experience in critical infrastructure sectors (e.g., energy, manufacturing, utilities, transportation).
• Proven track record of leading OT security projects and implementing industry best practices.
