Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during operations.
- Prepare and sterilize operation theatre and instruments.
- Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery.
- Maintain strict hygiene and infection control protocols.
- Manage surgical equipment and ensure readiness of the OT.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- BSc/GNM Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing license.
- Experience in operation theatre/OT setup preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in critical environments.
