Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The OTM Functional Consultant supports business process design, system configuration, and validation of Oracle Transportation Management functionalities. Gather and document business requirements related to transportation operations. Configure OTM modules such as shipment planning, execution, and freight settlement. Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks. Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and business validation. Work closely with technical teams on integrations and extensions. Support cutover and post‑go‑live stabilization.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must Have: 5–8 years of experience in Oracle OTM functional roles. Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics processes. Experience in configuration and testing cycles. Strong documentation and stakeholder interaction skills.
