Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Syarah is seeking a skilled and proactive Outbound Procurement Officer (B2B) to manage supplier relationships and support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of experience in procurement, with strong exposure to handling suppliers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement activities related to outbound operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners (B2B).
  • Source, negotiate, and purchase products/services in line with business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Logistics) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and support onboarding of new vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with Syarah procurement policies and procedures.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Strong experience in dealing with suppliers and clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
