Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Calling existing customers using preloaded workflow and generating increased sales.
Manage a database of unassigned accounts with associated Sales Revenue and Key Performance targets.
Ensure customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the customer of any new products and maintaining the highest levels of customer care.
Ensuring the order and customer details are correctly uploaded onto the system to ensure accuracy on all orders
Achieve weekly individual sales, calls and revenue targets.
Attend weekly team catch up meetings, brainstorm new ideas and sales techniques.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and processes, which will be supported by on on-going training, support, and coaching.
Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Fluent in English
- Ideally a minimum of 1 year experience in sales environment with an understanding of the importance of building relationships with key decision makers
- Passionate about delivering customer service and managing customer expectations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and handle objections in an appropriate manner.
- An energetic, self-starter who excels in interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, and other systems
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and results driven.
- Enjoy working in a team environment
