Outbound Sales Advisor - French Speaker

Overview:

• As a Sales Advisor, you will be selling a range of National Pen products to existing customers through outbound telephone calls. To do this, you will contact customers using a pre-defined workflow. You will provide our customers with exceptional service, while building long-term relationships with them.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Call existing customers using the pre-defined workflow and generate sales
• Manage a database of unassigned accounts with revenue and performance objectives
• Ensure that customer issues are handled efficiently, informing the customer of any new product and maintaining the highest levels of customer service
• Ensure that order and customer details are correctly uploaded into the system to ensure the accuracy of all orders.
• Achieve individual weekly sales, call and revenue targets.
• Participate in weekly team catch-up meetings, reflect on new sales ideas and techniques
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and processes, which will be supported by ongoing training, support and mentoring.
• Any other task/project requested by management.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• You have an excellent level of French
• You are passionate about customer service and managing customer expectations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• You are able to maintain your professionalism under pressure and handle objections appropriately.
• You are energetic, self-motivated and excel in interpersonal relationships, with an emphasis on listening and questioning skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and other systems.
• You are very organized, have an eye for detail and are able to multitask.
• You are motivated, results-oriented
• You like working in a team.
