Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your role will consist of:
- Call existing customers using a preloaded file and increase sales
 - Manage a database of unassigned accounts with objectives and key performance indicators
 - Ensure that customer issues are handled efficiently, keeping them
 
stay informed about any new products and maintain the highest level of service
- Ensure that customer order details are uploaded into the system correctly and accurately
 - Achieve weekly sales, calls, and individual income goals
 - Attend weekly team meetings, brainstorm new ideas and sales techniques
 - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and processes, which will be supported by training, support and coaching
 - Fulfill any other duties/projects as directed by senior management
 
Desired Candidate Profile
What we expect from you:
- Fluent in Italian
 - Ideally at least one year of experience in sales, with an understanding of the importance of building relationships with decision makers
 - Passionate about helping customers and meeting their expectations
 - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 - Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and handle objections appropriately
 - Energetic and enterprising, who excels in interpersonal relationships, with a great ability to listen and ask precise questions
 - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and other systems Highly organized with great attention to detail and ability to multitask
 - Self-motivated and goal-oriented and results-oriented
 - He enjoys working in a team environment
 - An acceptable level of English
