Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned outdoor territories, focusing on direct customer engagement and lead generation.
- Conduct field visits to assess customer needs, demonstrate product features, and tailor solutions specific to their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals with a focus on revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, exceptional service, and proactive problem-solving.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Holds a minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in an outdoor-related industry.
Demonstrates fluency in English, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil is mandatory to interact with a diverse customer base.
Exhibits strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
