Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular field visits, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Prospect and generate new leads within the assigned territory by conducting market research, networking, and cold calling to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations in the field, tailoring them to the specific needs and interests of potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to effectively position the company's offerings.
  • Manage sales pipeline and customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Exhibits fluency in English and any local languages, as effective communication is crucial for client interactions.

  • Holds a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, enabling independent travel within the assigned territory.

  • Displays strong interpersonal and communication skills, necessary for building rapport and closing deals.

  • Possesses excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, crucial for influencing potential clients.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), facilitating efficient sales management.

  • Need Arabic speaker with good english communication skills
