Promote and cross-sell the company’s range of products and services through outdoor sales for Telecommunication Products Client Sector. Which includes SIM Card Packages.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers to customers clearly and effectively.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
• Collect and verify customer documentation (e.g., ID, photos, etc.) for SIM registration in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent diploma or a related field is an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

Core Competencies:

• Having very good communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge in Arabic language would be a great advantage
• Strong customer focus with a service-oriented mindset
• Good market knowledge and awareness of telecom industry trends
• Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Technology Savvy, very good in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and documentation
