Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outdoor sales activities and property visits with clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote and market available properties.
- Farming process to collect data.
- Follow up with clients and provide professional consultation.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle negotiations and assist clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in sales, customer service, or marketing are welcome to apply.
3-Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
4-Must have a car and preferably reside in Beirut or nearby areas.
5-Strong sales and negotiation skills.
6-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7-Good command of the English language.
