Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. B2B Business Development:

  • Identify and prospect potential business clients (offices, companies, factories, retailers, hotels, etc.) across Oman.

  • Conduct daily outdoor visits to generate new leads and close B2B deals.

  • Present and promote Al Farzah's products/services to corporate customers.


2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients.

  • Use strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals and retain clients.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and resolve client queries professionally.


3. Sales Targets & Reporting (Tech Savvy Role):

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly B2B sales targets set by management.

  • Maintain daily digital sales reports (using mobile apps, Excel, Google Forms, or a CRM).

  • Update customer database and track sales pipeline using digital tools.

  • Use smartphone/laptop effectively for presentations, emails, and order processing.


4. Coordination & Market Intelligence:

  • Coordinate with the operations/logistics team for timely delivery to B2B clients.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends in Oman.

  • Suggest new B2B opportunities or promotional offers.
