Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Promote and cross-sell clients with an existing range of products and services through Outdoor Sales, telemarketing, road shows, door-to-door, B2C, and other events and achieve individual sales targets.
• Process all types of customers service requests e.g., service provisioning/ bill payments/ queries/ complaints etc. in a timely and accurate manner.
• Regularly track and clear all suspended and rejected sales service requests.
• Conduct background checks e.g. credit check, age, blacklist for provisioning the new sales request.
• Collect, validate, attach/ upload consumer documents and initiate the service provisioning requests.
• Carry out daily cash and payment collection, advance bill payment & closing in a safe and secure manner.
• Prepare and tally daily financial transactions.
• Deposit all payment to the customer account within the required time.
• Conduct and report daily on-hand stock to ensure optimum inventory levels are maintained.
• Liaise with the Team Leaders daily for any promotions, updates, and changes in prices or processes.
• Follow process and quality standards while addressing customers’ requests and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Undertake execution of any project/ initiative for the Outdoor department and organization as identified from time to time based on business needs.
• Take ownership to maintain & update the individual business social media account as per the department KPIs and guidelines and ensure attending to the customer’s comments and inquiries on time.
• Continuously share knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry, sales skills and business trends.
• Perform any other related tasks as required or assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school graduate
- 1 year experience in sales or customer service.

- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel

- 8 hours per day - Rotational shift
- Transferable visa - Bahrain based
- Must have a Bahraini driving license
