Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Thomsun Group is hiring for an Outdoor Sales position (Sales Consultant to Sales Manager level) based in Dubai / Northern Emirates under our Construction and Building Materials Division. We are seeking candidates with outdoor building materials sales experience and a proven track record of working with contractors, sub-contractors, end users, traders, project sales, and MEP consultants. A strong sales record in this sector is essential.


Candidates with experience in any of the following customer segments or market coverage will be considered:

  • End User
  • Traders
  • Projects

Job Location: Dubai or Northern Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with end users, contractors, sub-contractors, traders, MEP consultants, and key customers.
  • Develop new business and expand the customer base.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on products and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet company goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years UAE building materials sales experience
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Based in Dubai or Northern Emirates
