Roles & Responsibilities
We’re growing and looking for a proactive Outdoor Sales Executive to expand retail coverage and build long-term customer relationships for PASSAGE’s charcoal, incense, and accessories. Responsibilities Visit prospects and existing accounts daily; hit monthly sales targets Open new accounts and maintain relationships Submit visit/sales/collection reports; update CRM Monitor market trends and competitor activity Requirements 1–2+ years in outdoor/field sales (FMCG/retail is a plus) Valid UAE driving license + own car (required) Strong communication and follow-up skills Arabic preferred; good English required Comfortable with daily field work across Dubai Walk-In Interviews Friday, 14 November 2025, 2:00–5:00 PM Address: Business Bay, Dubai — The Metropolis Tower, Office 1004 Bring: CV, UAE ID, and driving license Compensation & Benefits Basic salary + commission (target-based) Fuel/transport allowance (where applicable) Standard benefits per UAE labor law
