Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and establish positive relationships with them.
- Conduct client meetings to pitch the company s products and services effectively.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients to close advantageous deals.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing and solving complaints.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and competitors activities.
- Organize sales activities and client meetings to optimize time and results.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management on a regular basis.
- Prepare timely sales reports and forecasts for leadership insights.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales strategies and performance.
- Participate in networking events and industry functions to gain exposure.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in outdoor or field sales roles.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics in the industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals under favorable terms.
- Ability to adapt to various customer needs and tailor sales approaches.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
