Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Prospect and acquire new clients in key sectors: oil & gas, EPC projects, chemicals, FMCG, and heavy industries.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, to closing deals.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management for strategy improvement.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry networking events, trade shows, and client meetings in Iraq.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and Iraq regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Basic Academic degree.
  • 2 4 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain in Iraq Region
  • Strong network of potential clients in import/export, EPC, Oil & Gas or industrial sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
  • Valid Iraqi driving license.
