Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell retail banking products to prospective customers through various channels
  • Identify and approach potential customers in targeted areas or demographics to open new accounts or take up banking products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all retail banking products and services.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and features of the products
  • Meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree
  • Minimum 2 Years Previous experience in sales will be an advantage, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Ability to present products and services clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
