Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Promote and cross-sell the company’s range of products and services through outdoor sales for Telecommunication Products Client Sector. Which includes SIM Card Packages

  2. Promote and cross-sell the company’s range of products and services through outdoor sales and to promote and sell the company’s products.

  3. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers to customers clearly and effectively.

  4. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

  6. Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.

  7. Collect and verify customer documentation (e.g., ID, photos, etc.) for SIM registration in compliance with regulatory requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school graduate.

  • 1 year experience in sales or customer service.

  • Communication

  • Customer Focus

  • Market knowledge

  • Negotiation

  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Must have a Bahraini driving license

  • Bahrain Based - Transferable visa

  • Flexible for Sales outdoors
