Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving our sales initiatives by engaging directly with potential clients outside of the traditional office setting. This role requires a dynamic and energetic individual who thrives in face-to-face client interactions and has a knack for building and maintaining relationships. Your primary goal will be to increase market share and achieve sales targets within your designated territory. You'll be representing our brand and products, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. If you are passionate about sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, this position could be an excellent fit for you.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by cold calling and networking.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to pitch our products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs and interests.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed set sales targets.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote our brand.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
- Regularly report sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts to sales management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in outdoor or field sales with a strong sales track record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without direct supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory to meet sales objectives.
