Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories to expand the customer base for aluminum products.
  • Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing clients, presenting KAMAS Group s product portfolio and value propositions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, enterprises, and household clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring terms align with company policies and client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of client orders.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Represent KAMAS Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 5 years of proven experience in outdoor or field sales, preferably within the industrial or building materials sector.

Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Owns a valid driver's license and has their own car.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
