Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Nassar Group sarl is seeking a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to promote our technology and office equipment solutions including money counting machines, queue management systems, kiosks, display solutions, and other office automation products.
The ideal candidate will help develop the market, generate new leads, and expand our customer base.
Location: Dora Lebanon Field Based
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential clients across assigned regions to promote and sell company products
- Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations to showcase features and value
- Identify, research, and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and market mapping
- Understand customer needs and propose the right solutions to meet their business requirements
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Participate in exhibitions, market visits, and industry events to expand visibility and network
- Maintain organized records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in outdoor or B2B sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, confident, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to work independently and handle target-based performance
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel
- Knowledge of office technology/equipment is a plus (training will be provided)
