Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities, cold-call, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and follow-ups to understand their needs and preferences.
Prepare sales reports, track sales pipelines, and update CRM records.
Address complaints, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for sales strategies.
At least 1 year of proven experience in outdoor sales, demonstrating a successful track record in achieving sales targets.
Experience in the specific industry relevant to the company's products, ensuring familiarity with market dynamics.
Fluency in English and local language(s) to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
Driving license required.
