Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients by conducting regular site visits and follow-ups, ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify new sales opportunities by researching potential clients and markets, leveraging both online tools and field intelligence.
- Present and demonstrate products effectively, tailoring presentations to highlight how they meet specific client needs and preferences.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring compliance with company policies while maximizing profitability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating foundational knowledge in sales strategies.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of outdoor sales experience, ideally within the relevant industry, showcasing proven sales performance.
- Relevant certifications in sales or marketing can significantly enhance a candidate's profile and demonstrate commitment.
- Experience in industries such as construction, real estate, or outdoor equipment is highly desirable for product familiarity.
