Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the department s strategic plans in alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor operations to ensure compliance with quality and efficiency standards.
  • Lead, supervise, and allocate tasks to the team while monitoring employee performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to ensure successful plan execution.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze competitors to keep travel packages updated according to customer needs.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of tourism programs, using data analysis to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Prepare departmental budgets and periodic financial reports, controlling costs to achieve financial targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback, developing improvement plans to enhance service quality.
  • Design and manage outbound tourism programs.
  • Develop innovative and diverse travel programs tailored to various customer needs.
  • Oversee the execution of tourism services, ensuring compliance with agreed standards.
  • Follow up with customers before, during, and after trips to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Analyze market and competitor trends to create competitive and attractive offers.
  • Monitor service performance during trips and work on continuous improvement.
  • Resolve any customer issues or complaints during trips professionally and promptly.
  • Supervise and follow up on the collection of payments for tourism files.
  • Supervise and follow up on the completion of tourism files, including the issuance of related invoices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor s degree, preferably in Tourism & Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Ability to prepare business plan reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in outbound tourism.
  • Special Abilities:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Advanced knowledge of international travel destinations and travel requirements.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and travel management software.
  • solid background in managing holiday packages, including accommodations, visa processing, and itinerary planning.
