Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily café operations (dine-in, takeaway, delivery & car service)
Support barista operations and customer service
Increase daily sales and customer traffic
Manage delivery platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon & Careem)
Handle staff scheduling, training & inventory control
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Manage social media promotions and customer engagement
Desired Candidate Profile
3–5 years experience in café/restaurant operations
Barista experience is mandatory
Strong leadership and sales-driven mindset
Knowledge of delivery platforms & basic social media marketing
Hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
