Job Description

The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth functioning, excellent customer service, and profitability. This role involves supervising staff, managing budgets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control to minimize wastage and shortages.
  • Implement promotional activities and upselling strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare and analyze sales, performance, and expense reports for management.
  • Ensure all company policies, SOPs, and brand standards are followed consistently.
  • Coordinate with other departments (kitchen, accounts, HR, etc.) for smooth outlet operations.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer loyalty, repeat business, and overall outlet performance.
Experience
  • Proven experience as an Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of customer service principles and hospitality/retail operations.
  • Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and sales reports.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in outlet/restaurant/retail management.
