The Job
Lead the Store/boutique in achieving financial, operational, and client service excellence, while developing a high-performing team and upholding Rivoli Group’s quality standards.
Job Description
A. Sales Performance & Leadership
- Develop and implement sales plans aligned with regional objectives.
- Set, monitor, and drive achievement of store sales and profitability targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
B. Client Experience & Service
- Champion a client-centric culture and ensure service standards are consistently met.
- Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, and corporate partners.
- Assist in-store and external brand events, community engagement, and CRM initiatives.
C. Product & Brand Proficiency
- Lead product and brand expertise to guide the team and elevate client engagement.
- Ensure consistent communication of brand values and product knowledge across the store.
- Champion product knowledge and brand values across the store, ensuring the team is well-informed and clients are inspired.
D. Store Operations
- Manage store P&L, including payroll, shrinkage, and operational costs.
- Providing inputs for local marketing and in-store activations.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory, cash management, and compliance.
- Ensure all visual merchandising and display standards are met and maintained
- Coordinate with HO and vendors for seasonal updates and new launches.
- Support merchandising initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage loss prevention initiatives and risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales, inventory, and any other reports as required.
- Cascade business updates, targets, and expectations clearly to the team.
E. Team Development & Talent Management
- Onboard, and develop top talent through structured induction and mentorship.
- Manage and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Conduct performance appraisals, set development plans, and identify high-potential staff.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, teamwork, and high performance.
- Represent Rivoli Group as a brand ambassador in all internal and external interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- 8+ years’ experience, preferably in luxury or high-end retail, with at least 3-4 years in a store leadership role
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership, team development, and operational management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in business communication skills
- Impeccable grooming and luxury brand presence.
- Strong MS Office Skills (Excel & PPT)
