Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlets, ensuring efficient service and adherence to brand standards.
  • Maintain excellence in food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels, minimize waste and control costs.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedure (SOPs)
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or outlet management, ideally within luxury or upscale dining
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in guest service, operations, and cost control.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
