Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlets, ensuring efficient service and adherence to brand standards.
- Maintain excellence in food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, minimize waste and control costs.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedure (SOPs)
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or outlet management, ideally within luxury or upscale dining
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in guest service, operations, and cost control.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
